Replacement orders
LetsGetChecked sends a replacement test kit in the following scenarios:
- When the result of a test sample is gray, for example, Hemolyzed, Quantity Not Sufficient (
InsufficientSpecimen
), or an Aged Sample (AgedSpecimen
) test result. For more information about Qualitative values, see GET Results. - When a test kit is lost in transit and not received at the LetsGetChecked laboratory.
- When a test kit is damaged in transit.
When a test kit is replaced, the status of the original order is not updated. However, the details of the replacement kit order are linked to the original order details.
The replacementOrderItemId
property under order items in the JSON response is populated in the API, including the new order ID. For more information about replacement orders, see GET Order.
